Levites, Danites, and Micah

Hello, God has given me something in Judges 18:28 which says, “There was no one to rescue them because they lived a long way from Sidon and had no relationship with anyone else. The city was  in a valley near Beth Rehob.”

So what God has given me, is that we were like the Danites, because they stole Micah’s idols and his priest, and we sinned (just as bad, maybe worse), and we had no fellowship with other believers (for the Danites it was “no relationship”), and we didn’t know how we were going to be rescued (or if we were going to be rescued). Then Jesus came, and died on the cross for us, and He took our sin away from us, and on Himself. Then three days later, He rose again.

We need to have fellowship with other (gospel, and Christ Jesus loving) believers, if we don’t, we might be attacked by the devil with no one to help us overcome, and point us to Christ. But with other (gospel, and Christ Jesus loving) believers, then we will be able to overcome, and fight (with Jesus’ help, of course).

We live a long long way from heaven, (even though if you are a Christian, when you die you go to heaven) and when we were not Christians, we could not see Christ and Believers, because we were so far away, and then people came to us, pointed to some passage in the Bible, and said, “Jesus died on the cross for you, and took away your sin, see you are free!” (maybe not in those words, but they might have preached the gospel to you), and if we accept Jesus’ love and forgiveness, then we are set free, but that does not meen that we can sin all we want because Jesus will forgive us, no no no, Jesus will forgive us, but if you’re a true believer, then you won’t want to sin. Your flesh will want to, but your Spirit won’t to, because sinning is disobeying God.
