Hello, God has given me something in 1 Samuel 13:14 which says, “But now your kingdom shall not continue. The LORD has sought out a man after his own heart, and the LORD has commanded him to be prince over his people, because you have not kept what the LORD commanded you.” (ESV)
So, what God has given me, is that if the leader is not Godly and does not obey God (or trust that Jesus died on the cross, and ask for forgviness when he does wrong) then he will be “replaced” by a leader who is a man after God’s own heart, and who believes that he will, has, and does sin, but that God will forgive him, and that Jesus died on the cross for our sin, we were all cleansed and sanctified (sanctified meens to be set apart).
Because Saul did not keep God’s command, and instead sacrificed the burnt offering, he would no longer be prosperous, and his kingdom would no longer endure, and Samuel would anoint, well, that is another story, I’ll post about in a few days.
but Samuel would anoint a man who was a man after God’s own heart, who loved God, and who was humble, only a shepherd, now I’m giving hints, but if you’re a pastor, you (Lord willing) will be that way, and also if you’re (by the way men should be pastors, not women) a pastor, you should love the gospel and preach the gospel, and have you’re main point be that Jesus died on the cross, with our sin, and rose again three days later.
