Hello, God has given me something in 1 Kings 4:21 which says,
“And Solomon ruled over all the kingdoms from the River to the land of the Philistines, as far as the border of Egypt. These countries brought tribute and were Solomon’s subjects for all of his life.”
So, what God has given me, is, that the Philistines were Israels enemy, that’s why when David was a boy, he struck own the Philistine giant, and the Egyptians were their enemies too, because they held the Israelites captive, then God set them free, but Solomon is ruling over his enemies, and they bring tribute to them. With God on our side, we can stand firm, Jesus took all of our sin at the cross, and now He’s helping us stand firm, Ephesians 6:10-11 says,
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.”
Also Romans 8:28 says,
“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”
So, God worked out Solomons (Israels) enemies for their good (because Solomon loves God), they brought tribute. So Jesus died on the cross in our place, and He helps us to stand firm in Him, and (even though sometimes it may not seem like it), He works out all things for good, if we love Him.
