The Wicked: Broken In Darkness

Hello, God has given me something in Job 38:15 which says,

“The wicked are denied their light,(A)
    and their upraised arm is broken.(B)”

The Wicked: The Lord is talking here. He asking if (I think Job, though maybe Elihu) could do as many things as He could, like tell lighting bolts where to go, and have them report to him where they were. Was he wise enough to count the clouds. He said that the wicked were denied their light, and their upraised arm would be broken.

Christians have been saved. We would have been crushed like the wicked, because we were wicked. But Jesus came, and He gave His life for us, and He saved us from our sins. We would have been broken, but Jesus was broken for us. Unbelievers are still in sin though. If you are an unbeliever, then come to Christ and He will save you.

There are still some who are in sin, and if they don’t come to Christ, they will go to hell. So, as Christians, we need to help them to see the savior. We need to show them Christ, who gave His life for us.

Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for loving me so much. Thank You for sending Your son for me. Please strengthen me in You. Please help me to grow in You. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Verse(s):

Beginning verse, Job 38:15,

“The wicked are denied their light,(A)
    and their upraised arm is broken.(B)”

Peace and love, Joy Cleveland
