The Plans of God

Hello, God has given me something in Psalms 33:11 which says,

“But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever,
the purposes of his heart through all generations.”

Here the Psalmist is saying that God plans are never foiled, and that His purposes of His heart will last through all generations. That is completely true. God planned everything out before the beginning of time. His plans can not be foiled by anything or anyone. God’s plan will always stand.

His plan has always stood, and He fulfilled His plan. What plan? The plan to save mankind from death by sin. His plan was to send a redeemer who would save the people. The redeemer’s name was Jesus. But, Jesus died on the Cross, and when it looked as though God’s plan was foiled, Jesus rose again glorious, and His death saved us from sin. He was the atoning sacrifice, that saved us. He has loved us, and made us the children of God.

Unbelievers aren’t believing that Jesus saved us. They are not following God. If you aren’t then why aren’t you? Come to Jesus and He will save you. He has a plan for each and every one of us. Come to Christ, and He will use you to spread the Good news. He will also make You loved and filled with joy.

Believers should plan on praising God. We need to praise God with all of our hearts, and we need to love Him. Let’s rejoice in Him. Praise the Lord with all of our hearts, and strength. God has planned on loving us, and He has loved us, so let’s love Him back. Let’s rejoice in Him for all that He has done for us.

Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for loving me so much. Thank You for giving Your own son on the cross for us. Thank You for planning on saving us, and going through with Your plan. Thank You for making me Your child. Please help me to love You more. Please help me to draw close to You. Please help me to be stronger in You. Please help me to praise You with all of my heart. Please strengthen my fellow brothers and sisters in You. Please help me to have a spirit of gentleness in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
