Oh That Salvation Would Come

Hello, God has given me something in Psalm 53:6 which says,

“Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion!
    When God restores his people,
let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad!”

David is talking here. He basically said that he wished that salvation would come. He wanted to be saved by one out of Zion. He said that when God restored His people, then Jacob should rejoice, and Israel should be glad. David knew that God would restore His people, but He just wished that the salvation would come. He knew they would be restored. And when they were, people should rejoice.

We needed to be restored. We were all dead in our sins! We needed help. So, Jesus came, and He died for us in our place. He loved us, and saved us. He gave His life for us! He restored us! Salvation did come! Jesus saved us. He gave his own life for us! Now, we are saved, and we have been made new, and clean in Jesus! Salvation has come!

Thank God!! He is so deserving of praise. Just think about what He did for us. David said that Jacob should rejoice, we’re just as good at rejoicing right? Jesus is so deserving of praise. Give thanks! Think of what He has done for you. He has given His own life for us. Praise God! Give thanks!

Unbelievers have not been saved. If they do not come to Christ, then they will not go to heaven. If you are an unbeliever, then why not come to Christ? He will love You. He will make You new, and clean, and pure. So, come to Him. Trust in Him, and He will save you from your sins. He will love you. So, just come to Him, and You will be restored, and saved.

Believers should help unbelievers to see Christ. Let’s help them to see what Christ has done. Jesus sent His disciples out, so let’s go out and help unbelievers. Let’s help them to see what Jesus has done for us. Let’s share the Gospel with others. Others still need help. So, let’s help them!

Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for loving me so much. Thank You for making me Your daughter. Thank You for all that You have done for me. Please help me to love You more. Please help me to rejoice in You. Please help me to praise You more. Please help me to be more kind. Thank You for blessing me so much. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
