Cut Off

Hello, God has given me something in Psalm 88:5 which says,

“I am set apart with the dead,
like the slain who lie in the grave,
whom you remember no more,
who are cut off from your care.”

The Sons of Korah are writing. They refer to themselves as he. He is saying that He is considered dead, like the slain who lie dead in the grave. He said that those who lie dead are remembered no more by God, and are cut off from His care. He is saying that he was cut off from God.

We felt cut from God. We were cut off from God. We were dead in our sin. We needed help. Then Jesus came and died in our place. He gave His own life for us. He saved us from our sin, He became cut off from God for us. He died and when He took our sins on Himself, He was cut off from God for us. He saved us from our sin. He took our punishment on Himself. He saved us! He died in our place. He did die and He was put in a grave.

Unbelievers aren’t saved. Are you an unbeliever? If you are, then why not cry to Jesus? He will answer you. He will save you. Why not come to Him? He was cut off in your place, He is the savior for all those who believe in Him. So, why not be saved? He will love you and keep you close to Him. If you come to Him He will never let you down. He is mighty to save. He went to the grave for us. So, why not come to Him? Come to Him!

Praise God! He has loved us so much! Let’s praise Him and give thanks for all that He has done for us! Thank You, Lord! Give thanks for Jesus has been cut off in our place, and He has saved us! He has loved us, so praise Him! Give thanks, thank you Jesus!

Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for loving me so much. Thank You for saving me. Thank You for making me Your child. Please help me to love You more. Please help me to walk with You and talk with You more. Please help me to rejoice in You. Pleas help me to praise You more. Please help me to spread the Gospel to others. Thank You for giving Your life for me. Thank You for everything. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Peace and love, Joy Cleveland
