Hello, God has given me something in Psalm 90:8 which says,
“You have set our iniquities before you,
our secret sins in the light of your presence.”
Moses is praying to God here. He’s basically giving some of the history of Israel. But he said that God had set their iniquities before Himself, and the sins they did in secret in the light of His presence. God had seen their secret sins. He knew about every wrong thing that they did. He knows everything they did even if they tried to hide it from God.
He knows everything we do too. He knows what we do in public and what we do in secret. He knows every little thought we have. He is always watching. You can look both ways when about to do something wrong, but remember to look up. He is always watching you and me. So, why doesn’t He just put us to death? He has seen all the evil this world has in it. Why doesn’t He kill us? Because someone else died in our place. He gave His life for us. Jesus did. He loved us so much that He saved us from our sin. God gave His own son for us! John 3:16,
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
He gave His life for us. All those who believe in Him will be saved. But unbelievers aren’t believing in what Jesus has done for us. Are you an unbeliever? If so, then why not come to Jesus? He will save you. Even though God knows all your secret sins, Jesus died with them. He will love you if you come to Him. So, why not come to Jesus?
Praise God! He has loved us so much. He has given His own son for us! He has loved us, and forgiven us of our secret sins, so let’s praise Him! Let’s give thanks for what He has done for us! Let’s love Him back, and praise Him for what He has done for us. Thank God for loving us so much! Give thanks to Him for saving us from sin! Praise God!
Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for loving me so much. Thank You for forgiving me of all of my sins. Please help me to praise you more. Please help me to love You more. Please help me to rejoice in You. Please help me to share the Gospel with others. Thank You for blessing me so much. Please help me to walk with You and talk with You more. Please help me not to be proud. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Peace and love, Joy Cleveland
