Hello, God has given me something in Psalm 103:10 which says,
“he does not treat us as our sins deserve
or repay us according to our iniquities.”
David started off by telling his own soul to praise God. Then he wrote about why he should praise God, and what God had done. Then he told the heavens to praise God. Then he ended by telling his soul again to praise God. David really knew that he should praise God. He said that one of the reasons because he didn’t treat us as our sins deserve. Well, maybe then, but now we don’t offer sacrifices for our sins.
We don’t offer sacrifices for our sins, because Jesus already has. He has saved us from our sin. He has loved us and He took on all of our sin, and He died in our place. God doesn’t treat us according to our sins, because He already treated Jesus according to our sins. Jesus loved us enough to die on a cross for us, with all of our sins on Him. Now, all those who come to Him can be saved from their sin.
But, unbelievers don’t believe in what Jesus has done for us. They don’t believe that He has saved us from our sin. Are you an unbeliever? If you are, then why? Why haven’t you come to be saved? Jesus can save you if you come to Him. So, come to Jesus and be saved from your sin! You don’t have to be treated according to your sin, because Jesus already was, so come and be saved! Be loved, and made new by Jesus cleansing blood.
Praise the Lord! All believers should praise God! He has not treated us according to our sins. He has loved us and saved us. Let’s praise Him! He is worthy of praise, so let’s praise and give thanks for all that He has done for us! Praise the Lord, and love Him!
Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for loving me so much. Thank You for saving me. Thank You for not treating me as I deserve. Please help me to love You more. Please help me to spread the Gospel to others. Please help me to praise You more. Please help me to come to You when I need help. Thank You for all the blessing that You have given me. Please help me not to be proud. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Peace and love, Joy Cleveland
