Blameless

Hello, God has given me something in Psalm 119:1 which says,

“Blessed are those whose ways are blameless,
who walk according to the law of the Lord.”

The Psalmist is saying that those who are blameless are blessed. So, there is a benefit for being perfect. So, the only person who is blessed is Jesus? He was the only perfect one. So, we aren’t blessed, and we are going to hell? Not if we believe in what Jesus has done. He came to earth, and He became the perfect sacrifice for our sin. He gave His own life in our place. He took our sin, and died for us. Now, we are perfect!

We are blessed. But the biggest blessing is Jesus. His sacrifice on the cross is the biggest blessing we have received. Now, we are blameless. Satan can point his finger at us and say “…. uh” because we are blameless in Christ! When Satan accuses us, we can point to Jesus. Revelation 12:10 says,

“Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say:

“Now have come the salvation and the power
and the kingdom of our God,
and the authority of his Messiah.
For the accuser of our brothers and sisters,
who accuses them before our God day and night,
has been hurled down.”

Satan can no longer accuse those who come to Christ. Believe in Christ and you will be saved! John 3:16 says,

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

Thank God that He has sent His son for us!

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for loving me so much. Thank You for giving Your son for us. Thank You for all the blessings You have given me. Please help me to draw closer and closer to You. Please bless my family, and help them also to come closer to You. Please help me to love You more. Please send a revival, and let others have the joy of Your love. Thank You for saving us from our sin. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Peace and love, Joy Cleveland
